This is 100% personal opinion, based on my own observations. I could be wrong. But I am pretty confident I am not. There’s a male/ female duo on the indies that just needs to happen.
Hollyhood Haley J and Ethan Heyre.
I’m sure many of you know Haley, and most of my readers should know Ethan. But unless you read We Are Grindhouse (or are one of the fortunate few to have been around these two together), you may think I’m way off base.
Trust me. These two could be big.
Haley’s hilarious. She’s one of the most entertaining, well-rounded wrestlers in the business. And Ethan? Well, he’s absolutely on the same level when it comes to full commitment in the ring. Every move, every gesture, big or small, it means something.
But it’s the chemistry between the two that led me to even put this in print.
Seriously, these two play off each other like they were raised together. The banter is non-stop. They enjoy each other, in the ring and out. They are greater than the sum of their parts – and that’s just what I’ve seen when they’re working out together at The Arena.
Grindhouse teased the super duo last week with a video that had Ethan attempting to recruit Haley as his tag partner. It didn’t work out this time. But here’s hoping it will.
Maybe at Grindhouse. Maybe OVW. Maybe Powerbomb. Maybe some place bigger.
Give these two some air time. Roll camera, and let them go.
And yeah, they work that well in the ring together.
Heyre and Haley. I’m telling you. I want to see this. I’ll gladly pay to see it.
