This week the Kick Out at Two Podcast welcomes not one but two guests eager to share their stories and introduce you to the world of independent wrestling.
Jimmy Lloyd is a product of CZW, one of the hardest schools of hard knocks left in the wrestling business. He’s just a few years into his career, but earlier this year he added “Staple Gun and Thumbtacks Death Match” to his resume thanks to an appearance in IWA Mid-South’s King of the Crimson Mask Event.
Also on the card this week is another rising star, Alex Cruz. Dubbed the Aztec Warrior, Cruz is an exciting young talent from the South who has worked with Elev8 Pro, Wildkat, and more.

Southern Underground Pro Wrestling is Jesse’s baby, a new promotion making its debut in just three weeks. Promising to bring a “different kind of pro wrestling” to Jesse’s home town of Nashville, TV SUP’s first show features a stellar line up of independent wrestlers competing in a winner take all tournament to become the first Bonestorm Champion.
SUP is an 18 and over promotion making its debut on April 23. Listen to this week’s Kick Out at Two Podcast to learn more about the promotion, the show, and the competitors, and visit the event page on Facebook to find out how you can get one of the 100 tickets for this exciting debut.
If you heard last week’s episode of the Kick Out at Two Podcast (and if you haven’t, shame on you!), you heard Britt Baker tell the story about the time she was called upon as a dental student to assist fellow wrestler and MMA star Shayna Baszler with a broken tooth after a match. The tooth story is only the tip of the iceberg with Baszler, according to Baker, and this week, the Kick Out at Two delivers with their second women’s interview in a row.
Get to know Shayna Baszler on this week’s edition of the KOAT podcast, available on iTunes, Soundcloud, and Stitcher. And if you missed Britt Baker go back and get last week’s episode as well.

And here is another quote I found on his feed:
“Guns don’t kill people. SHLAK kills people.”
